The Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences encourages the doctoral students to apply for co-financing of the costs of participation in conferences, workshops, etc.

The AST minigrants are announced few times a year. Completed application forms for co-financing (signed!) should be send by e-mail: ast@umk.pl.

Be precise when submitting the forms when it comes to dates, costs (conference fees, delegation costs, please remeber about cost of the poster if needed), aims, etc.

Please keep in mind that if you receive the grant, the procedure takes some time, so plan to submit the forms at least 1-1.5 month in advance before the conference/workshop etc.

The expenses should be finalized in 2024 (final invoice).
