Collection and return of library materials outside Library opening hours
Outside Library opening hours, collection of previously ordered publications and return of borrowed books will be possible at the book machine. Please remember to have a Personal Identication Number (PIN) for the book machine. You can assign it to your account in the NCU Library Catalog. When ordering books, you should indicate the place where you will collect the books - BOOK MACHINE. To collect books from the book machine outside the Library's opening hours, a student or employee ID is required. Book collection will be possible if the reader has not been charged a late return fee exceeding PLN 50 and the loan limits have not been exceeded (researchers - 50 volumes, PhD students - 30 volumes, students and employees who are not academic teachers - 15 volumes).
Charging fees for late return of books
For days when the Library is closed, no late return fees will be charged. If the book return deadline falls on a day when the Library is closed, this deadline will be automatically extended to the first day when the library is open. Orders and reservations whose collection deadline falls on days when the Library is closed will be automatically extended.
Circulation cards
Electronic circulation cards will be settled on an ongoing basis, and paper cards can be settled during the Library's opening hours.
Publications from the NCU Scientific Publishing House
Publications purchased from the NCU Scientific Publishing House can be collected from the Lending Desk during the Library's opening hours.
